It’s the most wonderful time of the year! As always, we’ve got mystery visits including Christmas menus, and venues wanting to assess their Christmas bookings process - but this year, we thought we’d add something a little extra to the festive cheer. Introducing our Twelve Gifts of Christmas!
Between the 5th and 20th of December, we will be revealing a keyword on our Facebook and our Instagram. Three lucky winners every day will receive one of our prizes, which will either be a varying amount of reward points, or a huggg voucher! Previous winners won’t be able to win again, and the prize itself will be revealed to you if you win, so you won’t know what you’ve got until you’ve won. They don’t call us mystery dining for nothing!
These posts will appear every weekday morning on our Facebook and Instagram, and the cutoff point will be 12pm each day. The first three people to email us at social@hgem.com with the keyword of the day will win! If your prize is reward points, these will be added onto your next visit. If your prize is a hot drink voucher, this will be emailed to you. To participate, you must be signed up as a mystery diner with us already, and also be following us on either Facebook or Instagram – the email you send us must have your diner ID as well as your name if you saw the post on Facebook, or your Instagram handle.
